F.A.Q.

How long have you been drawing?

All my life~ I'm a life long drawer, and have known I wanted to be an artist of some sort since I was ten.

What medium(s) do you work in?

The pieces on this site are mixed media: india ink, markers, watercolor, and colored pencil. I also work in oil paints (though am rather rusty right now), will dabble with acrylic, and also continuing my skills with digital painting.

You do comics too?

Yes, I LOVE creating comics. Not so much super hero-ish stuff, personal projects that are more fantasy/adventure/romance based. You can check out some of my stories that I hope to make into graphic novels someday over at my other site: Bittersweet Entertainment.

So, I have to fill out a form for my Enchanted Names order and THEN hit that "Add to Cart" button? It's a little confusing...

Yes, it's a multi-step task. Here it is in a list (because lists make me feel organized):

  • First you fill out the form~ this gives me all the info I need to create your customized print.
  • Then, when you hit submit it takes you to a confirmation page, telling you I will get the email with your customized print information
  • There is a link at the bottom of the page to click to get back to the main website and finish payment. Hit that link and it will take you to the Enchanted Name Payment page
  • At the Enchanted Name Payment page you click the "Add to Cart" button to actually pay for the Enchanted Name. From here, if you're done, you can follow the checkout process, or if you need to continue shopping, head back to my website for more looking around

I submitted an order form, where's my Enchanted Name proof??

I will not send out proofs of Enchanted Names until I have recieved payment. If I see you have submitted an order, but no payment, I will ask you to please submit payment before I proceed.

Do you take commissions?

I do from time to time. Please check out my status on taking commissions over on my Contact Page.

Is the checkout process secure?

I use PayPal to power my checkout process, so yes it is secure. ^_^
